Inspired by Utah's State Dinosaur, the Tectonic Utahraptor is a scrappy, theropod bird- predecessor that can do a prehistoric chicken dance (since it can't quite fly).
The toy's tectonic name is a reference to the position of geological plates that were in significantly different locations during the Utahraptor's rein in the early Cretaceous. Tectonic also refers to the exposed components and mechanical movement.
