We ship throughout the contiguous United States with our preferred carriers. All of our tables require white glove delivery.
Shipping Prices are based on several factors including: distance from our shipping location, weight, volume and additional white glove delivery costs. If you prefer to arrange your own shipment, please contact us by e-mail and we are happy to have items unwrapped and available for pick-up at our SLC location. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to pick-up or shipment. Finished (sold) merchandise can be stored with our company for up to 14 days after completion. Merchandise left at our company beyond 14 days will be sent to an offsite storage facility where storage fees will incur.
Once you receive your new product, please contact us immediately if you discover a defect and we will work with you to fix the problem. Damages and defects must be photographed, documented and reported within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages report after 48 hours.
If damage occurred during shipment, the original packaging must be retained in order for the claim to be successfully processed.
Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges. Once your order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
In our opinion, no design is ever totally finished, so as we find improvements (in function, construction, assembly, durability, or aesthetics), we reserve the right to incorporate subtle changes into our products which may cause them to vary slightly from the website photography.
The natural metals and woods in our products are used because of their durability, and because of the variation inherent in their natural characteristics. These materials will patina and evolve over time, ultimately giving your product unique characteristics. These natural qualities also may cause the finished products to vary slightly from the way they are shown in our website photography. Additionally these materials may patina in undesirable ways if they are exposed to corrosive or wet environments. Before purchasing our products, please consider the atmospheric and environmental conditions of your home, and the way these conditions may affect natural steel and wood.
Please also note that many of our products have sharp/hard edges that are inherent to the materials and assemblies used in the design; please supervise children who may be near our products.
Our items are guaranteed for one year against any mechanical defects or technical failures. If you have an issue with your product within this timeframe, please inform us and we will replace or repair the defective component/item.
We are not responsible for the following: changes / patina to the surface of metals/woods/glass, damaged caused by neglect, improper care or cleaning solutions, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environmental conditions, damage caused by improper/incomplete assembly or installation, damage caused by typical wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, dents, and stains.
Our lead times vary depending on product, and are generally between 3-6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us for information about our products prior to your purchase. Lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details.
We have worked hard to make our products unique and different. Please respect our intellectual property and refrain from replicating our designs. Each of our products has Patent Pending Status and is also protected by the Copyright Act. None of the ideas, photographs, or designs depicted on this website may be reproduced, saved, copied or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic without the express prior written permission of the Eric Jacoby Design Inc.
